Melgisorb® Plus is a soft, highly absorbent alginate dressing designed for managing moderately to heavily exuding wounds. Composed of calcium and sodium alginate fibers, this dressing forms a soft, moist gel when it comes into contact with wound exudate, helping to maintain an optimal healing environment. The gel absorbs excess fluid, reduces the risk of maceration, and facilitates easy removal without adhering to the wound bed, providing comfort and preventing trauma during dressing changes.
