The Excilon™ AMD Antimicrobial Drain Sponge is a sterile, fenestrated dressing designed to fit around medical tubes, drains, catheters, and tracheostomies. Infused with 0.2% Polyhexamethylene Biguanide (PHMB), a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent, it helps reduce the risk of infection by resisting bacterial colonization and penetration through the dressing.
