In order to keep our staff & customers safe, we have implemented the following measures:

1. All of our locations offer free prescription delivery within the Greater Victoria area. To arrange for a delivery of your prescriptions, call your preferred Heart Pharmacy location.

2. Heart Pharmacy employees who show any symptoms related to cold, flu, or COVID-19 are required to stay home and not return to work until asymptomatic. We also support our staff in accessing COVID-19 tests if desired.

3. Hand hygiene best practices - hand sanitizer at store entrances and in high-touch areas. Pharmacy staff frequently wash their hands per CDC guidelines.

4. Thorough cleaning processes throughout the day as well as deep cleaning after-hours.

5. Proper ventilation to promote fresh air circulation and air filtering.

6. Supporting our employees in receiving COVID-19 vaccinations.

How you can help:

1. Please practice physical distancing by being mindful of other customers and staff by allowing for 2 meters of space.

2. If you are experiencing any symptoms but need to fill a prescription or make a retail purchase, please call one of our stores - we can arrange for prescription delivery or arrange a curbside pickup of the products you need without you having to enter our store.
